![]() The Hotel is in a great location near a lot of restaurants and stores and attractions, with an easy access of roads to travel around on quickly. Everything was very clean in this Hotel, and the staff was friendly. I can't evaluate the comfort levels of the Beds, nor how the Shower would work out because we didn't stay to sleep, and nor can I rate the Breakfast because we left before having that opportunity as well. I give this Hotel a 5 star rating because for the short time that we were there everything seemed great from checking in to checking out. We Booked this Hotel to stay for a couple of nights for the Labor Day Weekend, We were given Room 311, an Accessible Room Type because there were no other rooms available when we Booked our stay, but unfortunately we checked out on the same day that we checked in because nothing about the Hotel being wrong but the reason was personal about my Daughter with Autism giving us a hard time to stay and be able to enjoy the Room with peace. Instead, everything seemed like an inconvenience. Why? If you must drink it in the room, why not keep it in the room like we've seen at every other hotel? If I was a hotel manager and wanted people to come to my hotel (especially when travel is down), I'd try to think of some basic niceties to encourage people to come back. We go down to the lobby and ask if they have coffee or tea and they keep it behind the counter. Also, there was nothing to drink in the lobby (like the usual coffee and tea) but that was fine because we had a Keurig in the room.but nothing to put in the Keurig. We went online and ended up grabbing something from a nearby Panera - so much for supporting local. She couldn't think of one! Not very helpful. That wasn't going to get our teenagers through the morning so we asked the desk clerk if there were any good breakfast places nearby that we could grab take-out. Certainly nothing better than you could get at a gas station. Well, it was a tiny bottle of water and two packaged muffins. Since it was Covid times, we weren't getting a breakfast, only something to go. A few minor housekeeping things in the room - the last occupants's hair in the tub, the space under the sink obviously not being swept out, etc. Since we had to get all food to go, I was hoping for at least a knife or some plates. We had a full kitchen though it wasn't stocked at all. The lobby is fun and interesting (though we couldn't linger) and the rooms are pretty spacious. We weren't allowed in the pool, the gym, or the common rooms - we knew this when we booked. We visited during the Covid shut-downs so the hotel obviously isn't what it's supposed to be.
